The bay area represents the core of what makes America exceptional — education, innovation, job creation, cultural diversity.
“Pressing issues like the economy, immigration and education need practical, fact-based solutions, not ideological stalemate.”
Our region's innovators work together to develop practical solutions to the most complex technical and human problems.
That is the exact opposite of what Washington does today. At a time when America needs exceptional leadership, Congress is a mess of pettiness and polarization.
The problem in Washington isn't a shortage of ideas. The problem is division and dysfunction. Only when people work together in good faith, with common purpose, are practical solutions found.
That's why I'm running for Congress — not just for reform and better policies, but to make what I believe is the most meaningful reform possible — doing what I can to change the mindset of Washington from partisan stalemate to practical problem-solving.
